Pyelonephritis, commonly known as kidney infection is a urinary tract infection (UTI) that is caused by bacteria in the urinary tract. However, the following food items will aid you in a quicker recovery from the kidney infection.

Add fruits and veggies: Fruits such as papaya, watermelon, and oranges are rich in vitamins. Berries are highly rich in antioxidants and help in fighting off urinary infections. So, make sure you add a lot of blueberries and cranberries to your diet.
